staff were friendly and it was a good location
When we arrived our room had been given away and we had to stay at a 'sister' hotel. So, had to wait for taxi to bring us to this other hotel, then they only had a 'double' room . The next morning, more waiting for a taxi to bring us back! :(
I enjoyed the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how warm the staff was. Easy location at a medium distance from pier head. And it also had good view. Food was excellent & the bar was nice.
We liked lovely location.
Workers were absolutely amazing, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. It was an easy walk to Time to Eat, where you can have dinner. Moreover, we could park our car nearby.
The staff was responsive, the accommodation was lovely and fairly clean. I appreciated the extremely comfy bed in my standard room. Thanks to a fantastic service I had a really great stay. It was not far from Liverpool, brilliant location overall. Also, museum liverpool was located in the area of the hotel.
Small venue, polite staff. A good choice of good food, we liked it. The location was fab, just off all the attractions, inc, centre. .
Clean hotel in fantastic location in Liverpool. They served nice breakfast. I had the standard king room which was impeccable and impeccable. Very efficient people providing excellent service. In addition, parking was nearby and it was very convenient.
Beds were quite hard.
Appreciated location and rooms, they were excellent. Spacious bedrooms and lovely pool. Found in a shopping part of the town. Plus, western approaches was located in the immediate surroundings.
Impeccably clean place, lovely friendly staff, majestic location. Just 15 min walk to downtown.
Enjoyable experience there. The hotel is clean enough, the beds are very comfy. The units are well organised, pretty comfortable. Perfect service with experienced staff.
Scenic views, unique design, rich breakfast.
I think the hotel was 1st class, would return there. Liked the place, fabulous stay. Cosy location - just walking distance from liver building. Lovely area. The room was absolutely brilliant & nicely furnished, and the bathrooms were compact. The breakfast was very adequate, with a good choice of different options.
I really liked the place and its staff and views.
It was worth its 4 stars. I really enjoyed a mini-bar, a safe box and a Nespresso coffee machine available in the room.
Overall a nice stay, bathroom is tidy and close to good views river restaurant. Parking is convenient enough, good value for the price
We appreciated it and we would love to stay here again. The room was so large. In addition, the parking was nearby.
Can’t fault the property in any way!
